Eager to generate a new audience Football Scotland has accused Tom Boyd of discussing a conspiracy against Celtic.
That phrase has never been used by the former Scotland defender, Boyd did coin the phrase honest mistakes which of course happens in every football matches.
Football Scotland is the digital arm of the Daily Record, both part of the Reach Group trying to create a digital presence while print sales of the Daily Record and other Reach titles falls off a cliff.

Rather than address the issues, namely the decision making of Euan Anderson and Steven Kirkland, Football Scotland has decided to go for Boyd, while other Reach titles listen in to Celtic TV to lift quotes in the hope of attracting traffic.
Despite their privileged position the Record/Football Scotland haven’t approached Crawford Allan or Ian Maxwell to explain Wednesday’s decisions.
Like his ‘goal’ away to Hearts in October Liel Abada is still waiting for publication of the Hawkeye image used to disallow his ‘goal’ against Livingston.
He’s not alone.
Every VAR decision has been against Celtic or they’ve not bothered to look when they should have.
Every VAR decision has went in favour of Rangers or they didn’t look at the ones which might have went against them.— brian mc laughlin (@horseman222) December 22, 2022
You don’t have to conspire to do something that comes instinctively.

It is not a conspiracy, it is an Agenda

He is 100% correct.
The game at at Tynecastle was the most brutal for it.— Alan ? (@bhoy_al) December 22, 2022
Forgetting bias, this secret decision-making committee may be open to corruption or match fixing. It must be in the public and front of cameras and audios recordings.

Alternatively, as a ‘Football Scotland’ account you could ask why the goal was disallowed?
Both the ref and assistant considered the goal to be good. VAR decided otherwise. The replay confirmed the goal should have stood. But ‘Football Scotland’ opts for the “Conspiracy” patter.
