One Celtic fan was more pleased than most at David Turnbull’s goal today away to St Johnstone.
The fan spent 48 minutes waiting on £750 to be deposited into his account then had to sweat through the inevitable VAR check as Greg Aitken explored all options to disallow the goal.
Sky Sports co-commentator Andy Walker expected the ‘goal’ to be disallowed but finally word got through to David Dickinson to restart the match with Turnbull’s goal allowed to stand.

Mooy was the key contributor to the bet, the Socceroo has been in outstanding form, showing all the composure and confidence in the world to score Celtic’s third goal.
An early goal in the second half could have put the bet at risk but with time running out Turnbull’s low shot did the trick with the price of a Season Ticket returned with enough change to buy a Celtic top with either Mooy or Turnbull on the back.
Balls fair-what a bet…nice one!!
Stick yer money up yer arse mate. i’m finished.
