News that Liverpool supporters had been cleared of all blame in connection with the multiple issues around last season’s Champions League Final in Paris was welcomed by almost all fans. Almost but not all.

UEFA’s showpiece event had been switched from St Petersburg to Paris due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine with around 80,000 Liverpool fans making the trip to the French capital.

The French police seem to have been very poorly prepared, when some locals caused bother their reaction was to reach for tear-gas, blame Liverpool fans and lock the gates on fans with tickets.

Fortunately there were no fatalities but some horrific scenes were recorded by traditional media and mobile phones to bring the near tragedy to the fore.

One group of fans, that rejoice in singing ‘No one likes us we don’t care’ tried to piggy-back onto the Paris scenes because some elderly, disable bears couldn’t buy water at a match in Spain.

Strangely there is no video footage of the harrowing scenes which came to light the day after Aaron Ramsey missed a penalty against the 10th best team in Germany.

A retrospective campaign was launched on social media to highlight the horrors that fans suffered in Seville.

With a UEFA report produced on a match that took place more than a week later it seems that No One Likes Them and No One Cares outside of Scotland.

Some eye witness accounts claimed that the stewards inside the stadium in Seville insisted on speaking Spanish.

I think the Larkhall Lavvy Lickers should get someone to write a strongly worded letter for them, to the Kafflicks at UEFA who no doubt orchestrated the whole thing.

Can just imagine the cardinals talking about “Kettling” the sevco fans and have Spanish speaking Spaniards serve kiosks at a Spanish football stadium.

What can you say, The Lavygarglers got nothing from the match or their plight other than their new name. THE LAVYGARGLERS
