Celtic were given 3,500 tickets for Tynecastle yesterday, up from the usual 1,200 but it was still nowhere near enough to satisfy the demands of supporters wanting to watch Ange Postecoglou’s side.
At £30 a time ticket sales among the home support was sluggish, the Season Ticket holders displaced from the Roseburn Stand bought tickets elsewhere but still the home end wasn’t sold out.
By late in the week anyone that had previously bought a ticket to Tynecastle could get a ticket for the cup-tie with a 3-1 midweek defeat at Celtic Park not doing much for sales.

Where the fan above appeared from isn’t known. He may have sat quietly through the exhibition play of the visitors or got into the stadium after Cameron Carter-Vickers sent thousands to the exits in the 80th minute.
After a word or two from some stewards it seems that the flag was tucked away before heading for the exit.
His own players didn’t even like him. pic.twitter.com/VtjTCAC7u5

It’s stupidly hard to get tickets to see the famous Glasgow Celtic play in any away games so I’m not surprised that fans will resort to anything just to follow their team ???
That picture of Jobbie getting kicked in the haw maws explains a lot about his perpetual greetin facedness.
