Not even the extent of Sunday’s humiliation at Hampden has jolted the arrogance of Micky Beale.
Selecting the wrong team, applying the wrong tactics and making poor substitutions doesn’t seem to have registered with the former Liverpool u-5’s coach.
Even the Gullible & Deluded were able to admit that their players were miles behind their city rivals as they watched the hoops pick up the first trophy of the season.
Going into the game the players and management at Ibrox were talking a good game with their media messengers letting everyone know that there was nothing between two well matched teams.
Celtic were well short of their best but still won in a canter as they targetted James Tavernier down the left before whipping balls into the centre knowing that Backpost Barisic and the other defenders have mobility issues.
The two clubs meet again on April 8 at Celtic Park with Beale determined to provide a much improved performance to keep alive his dreams of an SPFL and Scottish Cup double.
?? MB: In the summer, we are at a point of change.
We know we have two more derbies before the end of the season and we are focused on a better showing in these games, we also expect a potential third match in the Scottish Cup.

?? MB: We didn’t start well, we didn’t show our intensity and our bravery.
It is important we build our level to improve against strong opposition.

We have made progress and have played with more style, but we didn’t perform on Sunday. The job to build the team would still have been the same whether we won or lost.
In the summer, we are at a point of change. We know we have two more derbies before the end of the season and we are focused on a better showing in these games, we also expect a potential third match in the Scottish Cup.
We need to make a big shift in the energy we have on the pitch on matchdays. The team has to show more, and that also starts with me leading the team. The first-half at the weekend was enough for me to know we have a lot of work required.
All about the Celtic ?

Beale probably thinks that Wright ,Kamara ,Mattondo and the like have yet to hit top form ! Oh and when big Alfoodo sheds the 2stone of lard he’s over carrying ,everything will be nice and dandy , Mandy…
They are obsessed with our great club and openly craze our validation whereas we ignore them as in our management and players no ” O f” etc and still they crave relevance like a sad old ex you binned and she stalks you!! Utter weirdos!! And they show no respect to rest of a league they are little better than !! St. Johnsone win more for God’s sake,!! Utter weirdos top to bottom!!
So beale expects a third meeting
Hmmm
Has this guy ever shown respect to any other club
The way he seems to just dismiss them is shocking
It’s not just Beale that’s obsessed with CELTIC I just read a supporter of “the rangers” say Alistair Johnston was NOT a great player supporters only like him because… wait for this…”he gets stuck in” remind me who they voted as the greatest ever ger ……. Sums the whole bloody club up
The human mole was told at their AGM by park there is no money until players shipped out so come summer the human mole will still be kidding himself on .
He just opened his mouth.
And the clowns buy into it . Never learn HH
