Ibrox fans are fearing that Nico Rakin will miss Sunday’s Scottish Cup semi-final against Celtic.

Despite completing just two 90 minutes appearances since joining from Standard Liege in January the 21-year-old is being hailed as the playmaker to turn Bealeball into trophies.

After an ineffective hour at Aberdeen last Sunday Raskin was replaced by Rabbi Matondo as the SPFL title slipped further out of sight.

Beale explained the substitution as a precaution against injury, typically at Friday’s media conferences no questions were asked about Rakin’s fitness.

Earlier this evening rumours surfaced that the Belgian was out injured with claims but no pictures that he had flown from Edinburgh to London.

Heart & Hand, the podcast that made very specific claims about Kevin Clancy two three weeks ago, are the official sponsor of Raskin, on Twitter tonight David Edgar wasn’t doing anything to kill off the rumour that the Belgian ace will join Ryan Jack, Filip Helander, Tom Lawrence and Kemar Roofe in the stand at Hampden.

I think he looks a decent player tbh. As does Cantwell. Early days of course. If he is missing it’s a blow to.them. if we have everyone fit and available them we will win regardless who ‘rangers’ have
