Micky Beale has travelled to Rome in the search for a Transfer miracle to overcome Celtic.
Yesterday the Ibrox boss was telling TalkSPORT listeners how he needs four or five new signings to challenge Celtic, tonight he’ll be watching Roma and Feyenoord battling for a place in the semi-finals of the Europa League.
It is unlikely that Beale will get to look into the eyes of any of the players involved in tonight’s match but the signing targets have been approved by the Senior Leadership Committee headed by James Tavernier.
Most top manager don’t go around advertising their transfer plans, with less than one season Beale still has a lot to learn even if he finks he is the rising star in the management business.
With Ross Wilson bailing out last week Beale is on his own with transfer activities with what he believes is an unrestricted budget.
The reality of that budget will be put to the test in June, any company that requires three share issues over an 11 week period after reporting record turnover clearly has some financial challenges to over come.
How naive is Beale, he is so gullible and on the road to the exit door if he thinks that his budget will entice the quality to try and topple lucky Ange.
Won’t they have to sell assets to pay creditors (board members) ?
Everybody seems to be walking out of Ipox all of a sudden!
Most selling clubs want hard cash up front , not shop-a-check vouchers or pay in installment options ?
