Celtic moved to just six points away from clinching the SPFL title with a 4-1 win away to Kilmarnock today.

In a devastating first 30 minutes Ange Postecoglou’s side cruised into a 4-0 lead and looked on course to threaten their 9-0 win at Dundee United but for some reason the scoring paused at that stage with Kilmarnock pulling a goal back just before half time through Liam Donnelly.

After 32 matches Ange Postecoglou’s side have picked up 92 points with a header from Daizen Maeda the 100th goal of the the season.

Technically Celtic require seven points to conform the title but with a goal difference cushion of 29 over Micky Beale’s side two wins will see the hoops clinch their 11th title in 12 seasons.

Kyogo Furuhashi showed all the confidence in the world to open the scoring in the seventh minute but later sent a penalty off the post that denied him his 30th goal of the season.

A double from Matt O’Riley put the match beyond doubt with the guessing game underway as to where and when Celtic clinch the title with just a home match against Motherwell before the pre-split fixtures are announced.

SUPERB performance today and we just blew Kilmarnock away.

On another matter I see the daily sevco have started another round of TRANSFER BINGO this time Burnley are in for Kent, apparently he plays the type of football Kompany likes,oh dear Kompany’s standards must be slipping if he thinks that of Kent, but then again it is another game OF TRANSFER BINGO at the daily sevco.
