Aberdeen were the latest victim of Goldson’s Law as the Ibrox defender again avoided giving away a penalty.

It is almost as if there is a secret agreement in place between the two Ibrox clubs and the football authorities to create an artificial rivalry offering competition to Celtic.

Most of the Goldson penalty claims have been for handball but yesterday he managed to escape punishment for around three attempts to foul Duk as he raced towards goal.

Both Beaton and his assistant had clear views of the entire incident, on VAR duty Steven Kirkland decided not to contradict his colleagues.

Had the penalty been given it would have resulted in a red card for Goldson, later on the defender was celebrating a goal from Todd Cantwell as the 11 home players secured a win bonus.

It is now more than 50 SPFL matches without conceding a penalty for the Ibrox club, Aberdeen duo Dave Cormack and Alan Burrows like to communicate with fans through the media, both are expected to be out of contact this week.

Lol and then they wonder when they play in Europe and the penalties are constantly giving against them for the same challenges but can’t understand it.

The refs in Scotland do them no favours by being BIAS towards them and awarding no penalties against them,so when it does happen in Europe they all cry wolf, but that’s the tackles and the way we play every week in Scotland without being punished why is it different when we play in Europe.

No wonder they have WORST record ever for team ever to play in European football.
