Jason Cummings has joined the worldwide celebrations to mark Celtic’s defeat on Saturday.

Midway through last season the former Hibs and Shrewsbury star was mutually consented by Dundee before working his way into a World Cup squad that included stars from Hearts, St Mirren and Dundee United.

Cummings lives the life of a C-list celeb on social media, sharing his wacky tales and adventures online in the absence of any sporting success.

During the 2017/18 season he enjoyed a loan spell at Ibrox, experiencing three defeats in the Glasgow Derby- 3-2 at home, 4-0 at Hampden and 5-0 at Celtic Park.

The Cumdog was ignored by the Gerrard Revolution but from the other side of the world is keen to show what a true bear he is while Celtic continue to hoover up trophies.

Referring to Cummings, tonight the Daily Record lovingly reports:

The 27-year-old scored the winner for the Mariners in their 2-1 victory over Adelaide United A-League semi-final and took snaps with supporters as he left the stadium following the full-time whistle. And one fan could be heard telling the former Ibrox striker and Australia cap about the score back in Scotland, stating in the video clip: “More importantly, Rangers are 2-0 up.” Cummings’ quizzed “Is it?” before cheering and fist pumping.

Cummings then asks “Who scored?” as he looks at the phone and realises Todd Cantwell and John Souttar scored to make it 2-0 at the break. He adds “Here we go..” as the clip ends.

Strangely it seems that the Cumdog didn’t check for the latest score when he was in the dressing room.

Cummings started six SPFL matches on loan at Ibrox and came off the bench nine times, scoring twice including a heavily deflected effort away to Ross County that sparked a pitch invasion.

Stars such as Greg Docherty, Jamie Murphy, David Bates, Graham Dorrans, Andy Halliday and Jason Holt were Ibrox team-mates of the Cumdog.

Sevcow dynamo can win every last game against us when the league is won and we play the best part of a second team, every season.
There must be fans of them embarrassed with all the hype after winning a game with no signifance against their biggest rivals who are on the verge of another treble. That’s when you know there’s a major gap between our club and theirs.

    Jason who……

Would i rather celebrate a league win against my biggest rivals at the end of the season. OR.. celebrate a potential TREBLE mmmmm let me think . Just add Mr Cummings to the long long list of delusional LIARS.

Hart and Jota have handed missiles thrown from the sevco fans onto the park to the refgeree.
I hope P. Lawwell is listening.
Heaven forbid one of our professionals, (or another one of our professionals), is hit by a missile from the sevco’s stands.
Celtic really need to get a grip on this before it escalates (allegedly).
    But will they?
