There will be a maximum away allocation of just 800 at next season’s SPFL Glasgow Derbies.
Up until the start of the 2018/19 season each club handed over roughly 7,000 tickets to away supporters which seemed to be established practise.
Under the chairmanship of Dave King it was announced that Celtic would be given the same 800 tickets that all other SPFL clubs were given with the same arrangement in place at Celtic Park.
Confirms that maximum OF allocation next season would be 800. Will have discussions with Celtic and Police about longer term but next season that would be max.

What is the best away allocation for the Glasgow Derby
800- that was what Dave King wanted
Zero- it isn't worth the bother for just 800
In season 2021/22 each club enjoyed a 100% home crowd for one match but the 800 allocation was restored through four matches before the match at Celtic Park in April was played in front of home fans only with that arrangement in place again last Saturday.
Neither club commented on that decision, safety issued were assumed but from Bisgrove’s comments today it looks like being 50-50 whether there will be 800 or 0 away fans at next next season’s derbies, the days of 7,000 look more and more distant.
Rather have zero , they can stick their 7 or 800 up there jacksie .
Exactly John, don’t give them a thin dime plus it’s just not safe.Glib and Shameless sums up Dave and the rest of that mob at Liebrox.
To be honest not that I attend over there, but until they can pledge the safety of supporters and staff just wouldn’t feel safe on match days over their,
Who do they think they are they want to negotiate but posting nonsense on twitter unless it’s back to our old allocation they can keep their 800 tickets they need us we don’t need them
Seems like Peter Lawwell’s “Old Firm” has come back to bite the hands that feed it i.e. Peter.
He surely can’t be happy with the arrangement, but seems impotent to do anything about it!
Some “Chairman”!
