Normally at this time of year Celtic social media would be ticking over with a few transfer tales and comment on next season’s kit.
Over the last three weeks neither subject has had a look in as firstly Ange Postecoglou departed the scene followed by a frenzy of speculation over how close Brendan Rodgers is to returning as manager.
Managers rarely feature strongly in kit launches but in mid-June there is still no official sign of what strips Celtic will be playing in.
Adidas did briefly have the wavy lime green third kit for sale on their website but there has been no confirmation or follow up.
That hasn’t stopped eager fans from getting kitted out, with only conformation of the home kit awaited- plus the initials for the manager’s kit.

Regarding 23/24 kits, no blood-stained poppies (ever) on OUR hoops and minimal deviation from our world-wide, renowned, green and white jerseys.
Last season away kit, the black with decent stripes was fine by me. The grey wan….aye okay, must try harder.
I’m hoping Brendan will be announced shortly (who called him shortly?)
Could the IL bristol bar retain its initials and become Brendan’s Bar after adequate fumigation? Aye, that would be WAN LIQUIDATION they’d then admit to.
Aye, since Liquidation they’ve given us many a good laugh but it’s really time for that scum to get back in their coffins and stay there.
