There was Lisboa type weather in Glasgow on Saturday as Celtic fans filled 80% of Hampden to cheer their side onto another domestic treble.

From first thing in the morning the sunshine lit up the city with thousands of fans gathering in Glasgow Green before making their way to Hampden to back Ange Postecoglou’s side against Inverness Caley Thistle.

Into Crown Street they piled, over the River Clyde, down past the Brazen Head, left onto Aikenhead Road and all the way to Hampden watched by a heavy police presence with seven vans looking on.

Inside Hampden there was a simple but highly effective Tifo around three stands as the teams came out, the 5.30pm kick off created a very boisterous atmosphere but there was a 38 minute wait for the first goal- typical Kyogo Furuhashi from a typical Matt O’Riley cut-back.

Liel Abada and Jota scored in front of the Celtic End as dozens of others have done down the years, at the final whistle a world record eighth domestic treble was being celebrated.

Smart phones and social media created a new landscape, Video Celts has certainly made an impact with Joe described as having an unhealthy obsession by Peter Lawwell at the 2024 Celtic AGM. A priceless endorsement, cheers big man.
There are issues breaking around the clock, no two days are the same more than 50 years on from his first match Joe is enjoying every success for Scotland's Most Successful Club.

I see Forrest on the Celtic blog doing his usual biting back at people having a different opinion to his on Ange leaving should it happen.
Unless you come round to his way of thinking and back up his articles he spits the dummy out and that’s what he has done today.
Once again it’s his way or no way and he wonders why posters commenting on his blog call him out.
