The day after flagging up Micky Beale’s need to sell deadwood the Daily Record is toiling to find possible buyers.

Antonio Colak is attracting admiring glances from Werder Bremen but that isn’t likely to be converted into the cash needed to bring in new faces to Beale’s defence.

Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos never attracted a single bid last summer which suggests that it is going to be a hard sell moving on some of the other flops from last season.

As well as coming up with incredible training sessions Beale is tasked with buying and selling players but it looks like he will have to improve the sweet talking to reduce his bloated squad.

The Daily Record claims:

And Colak could be joined out the door by Glen Kamara and Scott Wright with the pair understood to be attracting interest from the English Championship. Potential exits could pave the way for new arrivals with the aforementioned Danilo a wanted man and long-term target Jose Cifuentes expected to leave LAFC for Ibrox with the clubs in ongoing talks over his services.

It seems a huge drop off from interest from Juventus in Kamara and last week’s links between Steven Gerrard’s Al Ettifaq and Wright.

In four weeks time Beale faces a Third Round Champions League qualifier.
