Barry Ferguson has admitted that he’d be absolutely raging if he had been on the wrong end of Sunday’s stoppage time penalty decision at Rugby Park.

With the tie slipping away from Celtic Sead Haksabanovic drove deep into the Kilmarnock penalty box.

Approaching the goal-line Lewis Mayo stuck out a foot, failed to make contact with the ball and sent the substitute to the deck.

Referee Alan Main pointed for a goal-kick to Kilmarnock, there was the briefest of pauses for a VAR review which quickly decided that the correct decision had been reached.

Listening in to Go Radio tonight, Football Scotland reports Ferguson saying:

It’s a penalty. If I’m playing, I would be absolutely raging. End of, it’s a penalty. He’s clipped him and he’s went down. I full expected when I was watching the game, I was like ‘right, that’s it going into extra-time.

Celtic fans had a number of issues with that incident. The initial decision and the speed of the VAR decision from Don Robertson.

Brendan Rodgers wasn’t asked about the incident in any of his post-match interviews as the returning boss lost his first ever cup tie in charge of Celtic.

He’s at it. The Ravi Shankar is trolling us, although to be fair it’s probably whichever bawsack at the paper ghost-wrote it rather than him as by all accounts he’s too dense to even comprehend ‘trolling’.

Don’t underestimate that little piece of shit and/or his helpers, the Scottish Establishment.
It’s ALL about anti-catholic sectarianism and anti-Irish racism, but who’s to call them out?
He was being paid a fortune tax-free (EBT) whilst we were probably on average salaries, taxed at source.
He (or his advisers) saw the possibility of HMRC trying to recoup its losses and he rapidly put all assets in his wife’s name. I’m guessing he’s very ‘faithful’ and flattering to his wife for the time being!
End of day? He’s not worth your time nor mine. BUT HE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED for being the cheating little prick he is.

The set up at our Club…when it comes to matter like this…is cowardly…and someone must be holding evidence against us for our previous involvement in unsavoury issues….making it impossible for us to protest…It’s the only logical explanation.

Peter Thomas Lawwell and the 5(6) Way Agreement is central to ALL of it.
At least currently. It’s not really a new thing for Celtic FC has always had financial scum on its Board.
Not to mention Freemasonry, and its ‘grip’.

      Statement:
I’ll go all out and call out Peter Thomas Lawwell (and others) and Dermot Fachna Desmond as collaborators in a fraud which took place in Scottish football and its governance in (and around) 2012. (This assumes PTL was in regular contact with and updated DFD on events)
Rangers FC (IL), as a club, died after a CVA proposal was refused by HMRC.
The skullduggery (or whatever other term one would use) all over Scottish football was central to and created the myth that Rangers FC did not die, the “holding company” died. UTTER LIES. Rangers FC as a club, incorporated (BECAME a company) in 1899 and continued AS THAT COMPANY until its death in 2012. Anything else is just lies.
I absolutely believe, after considerable time spent in research over 11 years and with reference to public bodies like Companies House, that everything I have stated is true and correct.
Given guaranteed evidence to the contrary I would happily retract part/all of this.
I DO NOT envisage having to do that

Based on this response…my theory just might be correct. Thank you for your explosive comment…this whole part of our history should be exposed …but we know it won’t be…Well said TicToc..

Or the men in power are also used to funny handshakes in paradise

  • Clachnacuddin and the Hoops says:

I thank Ferguson for his honesty on this occasion…

That people like him and Sevco fans on their forums are saying that it was a stonewaller speaks volumes…

Surely they cannot be seen to deny us a stonewall one on Saturday should that scenario arise –

Or can they – you bet !

Last season when we had won the treble was the correct time to address this abominable situation in Scottish refereeing circles… but oh no – our yellow board couldn’t, wouldn’t, and didn’t do or say anything…

We will this season reap what they didn’t sew last season for sure –

  • Terence Nova says:

Joe…Have you, or would you , write to our Club to ask why they continually refuse to get officially involved in what can only be described as anti-Celtic decisions ??…Every blog you read is filled with this subject matter …but all we get back.. from rhe Club….is the sound of silence. It’s gone beyond a joke now…and I think popular bloggers , like yourself, might at least get a response.
