Heart & Hand have called on the Ibrox board to sack Micky Beale tonight.
The most loyal of podcast’s has closely acted as messengers for the Ibrox board but have turned around and sent their own message to John Bennett and James Bisgrove.
Ten months into a reign that is high on soundbites and devoid of substance even the most loyal of bears can now see that it is the end of the road for the latest dud in the dug out.
Pedro Caixinha lasted less than a year, Giovanni van Bronckhorst hung on for 366 days but it is now hard to see how the Ibrox board can keep him in place until Thursday’s Europa League tie in Cyprus.
They won’t
Absolutely devoid of leadership and devoid of how to operate the most important part of the club… the first team

The Ibrox board are effectively hostages to social media, they took that message to bin van Bronckhorst while Beale was touting himself as his successor at Ibrox.
In previous times Graeme Murty has been on stand-by to come in as caretaker manager, there is no option around just now which is about all that Beale can hang onto.
Trailing Celtic by seven points after seven matches after a favourable run of fixtures won’t be tolerated, if Beale is in the dug-out on Thursday night he will face a horrendous backlash from the travelling bears.
Beale is on a contract that runs until 2026.
Board must act. Tonight. He should be invited to the board room for his books before he makes it to the dressing room

How can David Edgar call for Ian Beales removal when he was all on for him last season? The brains behind Stevie G and his title win, doesn’t say much for Stevie G, put ond over on Celtic and was going to do it again. Then again when the Papacy runs Scottish football as seen by a penalty denied and a player sent off at Ibrox today he was up against it.
Suppose all that Bennett and Bisgrove can do now is throw Beale under the
Park’s bus – otherwise they both get targeted for abuse from their delighful fans.
They can claim Beale wasn’t their appointment,
but they backed him in the transfer market, [sort of].
I can’t help feeling little Micky B needs a bit more time to adjust-he’s doing his best and that’s all one can ask for..!!
Not a very loyal fanbase, last week the rangers were coming and they predicted a title win come may!!??
I’m confused—win, lose or draw-the ranger footy klub are muck..
Ha ha it’ll cost ya motherfckrs.
See that picture oh him… What is it with Huns sticking fingers up like that –
First Fergushun (Barry) and McGregor (Alan) doing it on a Scotland bench at Hampden and now Beale in that photo…
I think The Sevco fans will be returning the compliment big time to him tonight !
