After being booted out of their own training ground Micky Beale decided to treat his squad to a museum visit.

Being a manager that prefers gimmicks over substance they were accompanied by the club’s media team to record and share the visit with fans who struggle to get past #bealeout in terms of interactions.

Rather than spending an extra hour working with Cyriel Dessers and Danilo on their strike partnership the new signings got to play with computers and take pictures of themselves with virtual trophies won by a club that hasn’t played since 2012.

Having been treated to a visit to Jimmy Bell’s Gloryhole at Murray Park there isn’t really much more for the new signings to take in about the outlet that spends an awful lot of energy telling people that they are the most successful team in the world.

A look at the James Disappointed Tavernier section should have been informative with the club captain watching Celtic winning 17 trophies since he arrived from Wigan as part of the Warburton Revolution.

The Brains Behind Gerrard section of the museum is also popular as Gary McAllister’s former bibs and cones man did his stuff at Murray Park during a spell of winning one trophy in nine before racing off to Aston Villa where they were rumbled after less than a year.

Beale has another couple of days to prepare for a typically soft media conference where he will reveal how much the players have learned from the last two defeats and how they are all determined to win the fans back over, until the next defeat.

I love it when they turn out crap like this…First up they rent out their training facilities…then they make the first team players ( who you would think had more serious stuff to do) wander around a museum ffs…Mind you…its just what the modern footballer always wanted to do…No wonder they’re in a mess…Long may it continue.

Well, I guess they’re always telling us that we will see “the real Rangers” next time – and the only place anyone will ever see that is in a museum. Like dinosaurs and every other dead, extinct species.

Jimmy Bell end of an era. ; )

  • John Copeland says:

Yesterday was a visit to the museum, today it’s the zoo and tomorrow will be a visit to the park to stand in a circle and sing ‘ring a ring a roses ‘ in a special bonding session ….aw, bless !

  • harold shand says:

Get some nice shots of the players pointing at pictures on the wall in the museum

That’ll stop the dafties savagely abusing them on social media for a few days

  • Clachnacuddin and the Hoops says:

Very apt is a Rangers museum – for Rangers (born c.1872) and died (c. 2012)…

Just very strange why a football ‘manager’ of a new club called Sevco went a tour when clearly they should really be training somewhere, everywhere !

  • Scouse bhoy says:

Worst team ever ? Have they forgotten the last year of the happy chappys team ?

  • Scud Missile says:

They fanny’s on heart&hand podcast have to the chance to call for his head at the next presser as they have access to question the DUD.
They did plenty of SCREAMING after the defeat to us just the other week,so let’s see how he nickel&dime team react this Thursday or Friday when speaking with their nickel&dime manager.
Will they have the bottle to challenge Mick the dick or will they be on a SPONSORED SILENCE,with their bark worse than their bite.

  • Ciaran 72 says:

Why no visit to the graveyard to see the real rangers

  • Bob (original) says:

To be fair, the sevco performance levels are consistent,

both on and off the pitch:

that museum visit was a terrible, PR own goal! 🙂

  • the maister says:

    Embarrassments!

  • James Ferguson says:

After a visit to the museum they hope that Beales bottlers will have got inspiration to play like \ihe old club, maybe paying them in brown paper bags will make them better but it will need to be monopoly money as this club don’t have help from a bank.
