Brendan Rodgers has made just two changes to the side that beat Motherwell on Saturday for tonight’s match against Lazio in the Champions League.

Back from suspension Joe Hart takes over from Ben Siegrist while Gus Lagerbielke drops out due to a red card against Feyenoord with Nat Phillips coming in to make just his third appearance since moving from Liverpool on loan.

Yang Hyun-jun was substituted at half-time against Motherwell but comes back into the side ahead of Luis Palma and James Forrest.

Cameron Carter-Vickers is on the bench after almost two months out through injury, like Phillips he has only been involved in two matches this season.

Early in the second half of the other group match Atletico Madrid are leading Feyenoord 3-2.

    Labouring a point here but Celtic actually started with 9 men. Turnbull and Palma should have started in place of Hatate and Yang respectively.

    The latter may be in the developement stage, as some have suggested, but as Stiliyan Petrov said after the match you have to be ready for the Champions league.

    The transfer window has added nothing ready mage to the team and the board must take responsibility.
