With just one match to show on Sportscene last night BBC licence payers should have been able to watch all of the key incidents from the 1-1 draw at Pittodrie.
Unfortunately, following a seven year stand off between the Ibrox Tribute Act and the state broadcaster one first half incident was left out of their coverage.
Back in August talks between the club and broadcaster resulted in an EXCLUSIVE! Interview between hipsters of different generations, Steven Thompson and Todd Cantwell.
Reading from his notes on the ground as they sat on benches, something else that the two men have in common, the former Scotland striker asked his new hero about his worst dressed team-mate, what a great character Kenny McLean is and about his best car.
Jonathan Sutherland was on presenting duty last night, strangely an incredible first half dive from Cantwell was cut out of the highlights despite being the focus of attention on Twitter.
You’ll not be surprised to hear that @BBCScotland didn’t show it in their highlights show.

There was no mention of the dive as Kenny Miller and Michael Stewart read through their scripts.
Yesterday’s match took the total to 68 SPFL matches without a penalty being awarded against the Ibrox Tribute Act- another detail that won’t be discussed by the state broadcaster.
Ladies and gentlemen, Todd Cantwell, the rangers hard man ??? pic.twitter.com/JQQ3YtFoSO

That wee guy Steely o twitter or X or whatever they these days s the doppelganger of Kris Void, follow the bouncing ball when he is trying to string a sentence together, you would think he is reading from the dafties Janet&John books from school.
Lol oh how we feel his pain long may it continue, ashe sits there telling us we are shite though we rattled 6 by Aberdeen previously the team they drew 1-1 with today,so if we are shite just where does that put sevco.
Additionally, on YouTube the usual 4or 5 minutes ‘cinch SPFL highlights’ video
of the game failed to show the dive.
Had to rewind a couple of times, thinking I had missed it around the 20 minutes
mark, but nope,
just didn’t happen according to the official SPFL highlights!
I don’t know which team BBC Scotland person – Jonathan Sutherland – supports , but I have constantly noticed that when the Rangers drop more valuable points anytime , his demeanour is of someone who has forgotten to pack his passport when about to fly out to the Seychelles at check in ! It’s the same look on his face when Celtic win and he’s lumbered into presenting . He always looks completely underwhelmed too don’t you think ?
