Celtic’s Twitter account has opted out of sharing the news that Liel Abada and Alexanndro Bernabei have left the club.
The club website does report on the permanent transfer of Abada to Charlotte FC in the MLS but there is no mention of Bernabei joining Inter SC of Brazil on loan.
With reactions available on Twitter the club is reluctant to use that platform when results are difficult with the likelihood of hostile responses.
witter has been used for a variety of announcements such as recognising International Woman’s Day and Saturday’s Lowland League fixture at home to Tranent.
abada put on the website without anything on social media, much like the financial results

Brendan Rodgers is expected to host a media conference at lunchtime today, the Abada departure is self explanatory due to circumstances but Bernabei’s loan move leaves Greg Taylor as the only first team left back.
Bernabei recently started four consecutive matches while Taylor was injured, if the former Kilmarnock man picks up another knock it looks like a right-back, Tony Ralston will have to go to left-back or Liam Scales gets taken out of defence.
Brendan should just be honest and say that Bernabei just wasn’t good enough…
They might be better throwing Kennedy in today as the Scummy Scottish Football Media will truly try their level best to trip Brendan up regarding his up and coming ‘disclipinery’ hearing !
