The Turkey Teeth smile from Kris Boyd couldn’t hide the pain as he kept viewers to Sky Sports News upto date with Benfica’s win at Ibrox.

Normally the former Portland Timbers ace is full of laughs and jokes as he shares his unique sense of humour while the English pundits that treat him like the Village Idiot.

Last night most eyes were on TNT Sport Boyd had to sit in Sky’s Glasgow studio watching the action from Ibrox on a monitor while trying to keep a professional look for updates on Sky Sports News.

It was painful viewing for Boydy and the other bears as they discovered that there are reasons why Monaco sacked Philippe Clement after 73 matches in charge.

A starting XI that included Cyriel Dessers and Scott Wright in attack is unlikely to go far in Europe, with the Slovakian referee applying the Laws of the Game equally to both sides it made for a long night in the rain at Ibrox.

When Fernandes Ferreira da Silva ran half the length of the park to find the net there was relief for the home fans when the assistant raised his flag for offside.

Replays showed that the scorer had started his run inside his own half and the goal stood.

There was still more than 25 minutes to be played, Todd Cantwell made possibly one of the worst ever appearances of a substitute in European football as the homeside exited the road to Dublin leaving Boyd to front up on his pain and despair.

Was the goal being given not an HONEST MISTAKE, if only it was one of the brothers from the klan on VAR duty, see how the game gets played when refs and other officials are neutral, not a penalty insight.

The CHEATING CHANCERS at the SFA should be ashamed of themselves.

As for the Coco the KLOWN that cleans his FAKE COWDENBEATH with Vim,loved seeing the FAKE smile on that ugly mush of his.

Great result for the Irish Tourist Board, The Dublin Hoteliers and Pub Association, the local airport staff, the local police and other emergency services and basically anyone living in, or even near, the great city.

I see MC Innes was giving his customary professionalism to his employers at Kilmarnock FC by being a guest fan boy at the Benfica game last night . Instead of concentrating his time and efforts to the day job ,this horse back rider ,rode into town hoping to shoot up the sheriff for TNT sports . When are his board at Kilmarnock going to realise that they are employing a part time manager on a full time salary ? Whoa boy !

An unbiased comment from Nick McPheat on the BBC website:

“Just look how dejected those Rangers players are.

It’s understandable, of course, but they cannot allow this disappointment to derail their season.”
