For the third season running the Green Brigade is urging Celtic fans to march to Hampden from Glasgow Green.
While Glasgow City Council panders to Orange Hate Marches every weekend throughout the summer it seems that football fans are well down their list of priorities
Scottish Cup Final day is traditionally a showpiece for the game and associated with a day in the Hampden in the sun.
In 2023 a 5.30pm kick off proved to be very popular as around 45,000 Celtic fans waved off Ange Postecoglou with a treble success achieved in third gear against Inverness Caley Thistle.
Last year the number of fans was halved but the joy wasn’t diluted as Jack Butland set up Adam Idah to clinch the double under Brendan Rodgers II.

If the weather is favourable there should be a carnival atmosphere at Glasgow Green before the fans set off on the two mile march to Hampden.
Aberdeen have sold out their full allocation of tickets but haven’t won the Scottish Cup since 1990 when they beat Celtic on penalties, at the time that was the closest that Celtic had come to winning the trophy three years running.
Celtic have won the Scottish Cup 42 times with Aberdeen taking the trophy seven times, one less than Hearts and three behind Queens Park.
Glasgow Green is Green & White – Da Da, Da Da, Da Da, Da… !
