KILMARNOCK, SCOTLAND - FEBRUARY 15: Celtic's Julian Araujo celebrates scoring to make it 3-2 during a William Hill Premiership match between Kilmarnock and Celtic at BBSP Stadium Rugby Park, on February 15, 2026, in Kilmarnock, Scotland. (Photo by Rob Casey/SNS Group via Getty Images)
In the seventh minute of stoppage time Julian Araujo delivered a dramatic late winning goal for Celtic away to Kilmarnock.
When Tomas Cvancara cut the ball back from the by-line it seemed destined to fall for the Mexican.
Araujo had timed his run almost perfectly, adjusting to shoot with his left foot high into the net.

On and on he ran. Past the by-line, over an advertising hoarding and off into the fans to share the celebrations.
It was an incredible end to the match. Celtic performed similar escape acts against Dundee and Livingston but it will never be the norm.
Celtic had a corner beyond the 90th minute but it came to nothing with the ball played out for a throw-in.
Seven minutes of stoppage time seemed to rumble Neil McCann but it was far from exceptional. A close look at the second half could have resulted in more additional time.
Three substitutions were made in the 62nd minute, four were made in the 78th minute. A lot is involved in modern substitutions with boards having to be held up for each change.
Kilmarnock made a further substitution in the 82nd minute after on pitch treatment for  Tyreece John-Jules. Dom Thompson and Brad Lyons both required treatment during the second half.
With two breaks for goals, three bookings and time wasting seven minutes wasn’t exceptional.
Celtic looked far from title contenders during the first half as they trailed 2-0 with John-Jules and Joe Hugill the scorers.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sebastian Tounekti and Cvancara started the second half. By the 64th minute Tounekti and Ben Nygren has Celtic back on level terms.
Both sides has chances to take the lead, both were given seven minutes stoppage time but Celtic had Araujo and took the points home from Rugby Park.
Celtic are now three points behind league leaders Hearts with a game in hand- to be played on March 4 at Aberdeen.
