The day after their fans suffered the full gauntlet from the visiting Ibrox support, Falkirk have published a statement promising action.
There is a strong possibility that the Ibrox club won’t get any tickets for their next visit to Falkirk, the final SPFL Premiership match of this season on May 16.
In contrast, on March 8 Celtic players and staff were physically attacked on the pitch at Ibrox. A flare was fired into the Celtic support from the pitch.
Michael Nicholson has said nothing in five weeks about those incidents. He is preparing the red carpet for 2,500 Ibrox fans on May 10 at Celtic Park.
Protecting and developing the much loved O** F*** brand is the KPI that the Celtic CEO works hardest on.
Four days after the Ibrox attacks Brian Wilson waffled through a brief interview on Celtic TV covering the attacks and other recent events.
The interim Celtic Chairman shows more enthusiasm for defending Peter Mandelson and the one true passion in his life- attacking the SNP.
It isn’t the smartest move for a PLC to appoint a Chairman who spends most of his time publishing public attacks on the party in government in this country and in power in the city that Celtic play in.
FALKIRK SHOW UP THE LEADERSHIP VOID AT CELTIC
Under an ambitious, driven board of Directors Falkirk have been transformed over the last three seasons.
From sixth in League One to top six in the SPFL Premiership.
You don’t achieve that by randomly banning supporters and treating the others with contempt.
Having spent Monday gathering evidence Falkirk stated:
Following yesterday’s match, many Falkirk fans have contacted us about away fans obtaining tickets for the home end and the behaviour of these fans, which included a steward requiring medical attention.
We have also received complaints about sectarian singing from a large proportion of away fans.
Football is passionate, but none of this is acceptable. We condemn all of the aforementioned incidents. We therefore apologise to our fans for the deeply unpleasant experience they were subjected to.
Falkirk FC will work with Police Scotland, stewarding partners, our colleagues at other clubs, the SPFL and SFA, and endeavour to improve the experience for our fans.
The club already had a robust plan in place for the final game of the season, with enhanced measures in place given the potential significance of the fixture.
We are now considering further the implications of yesterday’s incidents for future matches against Rangers, including security and ticketing arrangements, and will inform our fans once a decision has been taken.
Five weeks on from having players and staff assaulted at Ibrox Celtic have did virtually nothing.
Michael Nicholson hasn’t been heard since December 16 when he was drooling over the transfer plans of Wilfried Nancy.
At some stage this month Celtic will be begin their Season Ticket Renewal campaign.
With an interim manager, interim Chairman and Mute Mike as CEO they are expected to lay it on thick over O’Neill along with references to the 60th anniversary of the European Cup win in Lisbon.

Who’s fault will it be this time?
Chelsea fans again?
Or did a Falkirk fan open his crisps too loudly?
Let’s all sit back and watch their media lackies spin this.
I’d put money on it that the steward that got attacked wasn’t white
