SPFL Premiership clubs have been invited to Ibrox next Thursday to discuss concerns about refereeing!
It is a concept difficult to take on board.
The club that benefits most from refereeing errors is concerned about the standards in Scottish football.
Since the turn of the year Auston Trusty and Marc Leonard of Hearts have been sent off for the contrived interpretation of DOGSO- Denying an Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity.
IBROX- THE HOME OF DOUBLE STANDARDS
On Sunday at Falkirk, with his team trailing 2-0 in the first half Jayden Meghoma found himself in a similar situation as he was dispossessed by Calvin Miller.
Knowing the seriousness of the situation Don Robertson immediately reached for his yellow card. Andrew Dallas on VAR approved.
A week earlier Robertson was on VAR duty at Livingston. He told Kevin Clancy to review the Leonard incident.
After their two title rivals dropped points through contrived decisions the Ibrox club were first to benefit on Sunday as the SFA properly applied the Laws of the Game.
With perfect timing the Newsquest group announced.
Rangers are hosting a meeting of Premiership clubs to discuss their concerns about refereeing standards.

In The Herald Stephen McGowan detailed the ridiculous concept.
RANGERS will host a meeting of Premiership clubs in Glasgow on April 23 to discuss concerns over the standard of refereeing.
The Ibrox club recently informed their Fan Advisory Board of discussions with head of referees Willie Collum over a desire for ‘structural improvements’ to help officials. The issue has also been raised at SPFL board level.
While it’s unclear how many clubs have agreed to attend the get together scheduled for a week on Thursday Rangers say they have received positive interest and feedback and reiterated the stance that they plan to seek long term solutions to the dissatisfaction over refereeing standards rather than focus on individual incidents or complaints.
Any club attending this circus better hope that they’ve already sold most of their Season Tickets for 26/27.
The meeting is likely to be held in secret. They enjoy secret meetings at Ibrox, at the SFA and in the Lanarkshire Refereeing Association.
Favoured media outlets will be briefed on how the meeting went.
Basically it is a reminder to John Beaton, Steven McLean, Don Robertson, David Dickinson, Nick Walsh and Andrew Dallas about the importance of the next five matches.
None of Willie Collum’s mates have been selected by FIFA to take part in the 2026 World Cup Finals which will involved 104 matches.
Most of the leading referees in Scotland are no longer on the FIFA list.
Walsh was desperate for a month away from Boclair Academy at the World Cup but missed out, again.

What a joke Joe…..the lowlife cheating Hun bastards will probably charge a entrance fee. Hope Celtic reminds Nicholson to wear his sash and bowler hat
I presume a Celtic parasite will be in attendance for no meaningful reason.
Boycott due to undue influence from one club.
