Yesterday news emerged that RB Leipzig are in talks to appoint the third best manager in Scotland as their new head coach.
Rather than hang around for a few months of abuse and a pay-off Rohl is pushing for a move to Austria.
A month ago Ibrox fans were demanding the sacking of Rohl as he steered the Tribute Act to four cup final defeats in a row..
Following the final match of the season Andrew Cavenagh invited favoured media messengers into Ibrox to inform the bears that they were sticking with Rohl.
Now mystery man Cavenagh is about to start the search for his third manager in a year.

Derek McInnes and Steven Gerrard are the obvious candidates to take on the manager’s job at Ibrox.
Making Hearts the Peoples Champions for season 25/26 appears to have redeemed McInnes for knocking back Dave King’s offer in 2017.
With every passing season Gerrard’s freak title success in 20/21 grows in stature.
Since running away from Ange Postecoglou Gerrard has achieved nothing in management.
Twice in the last year he has turned down the opportunity to return to Ibrox as manager.
Various excuses from Income Tax reasons to becoming a grand-father have been put forward for Gerrard opting out.
ROHL BAILS OUT WITHOUT A TROPHY WIN
His appointment would certainly secure the Close Season Cup but the tag of one trophy in nine is difficult to shake off.
The Ibrox stars return for pre-season training on June 16 boosted by the returns of Jose Cifuentes, Ross McCausland and Danilo.
On August 6 and 13 they face a Europa League Third Round qualifier, the first round of fixtures will involve trips to Celtic Park and Tynecastle.
Gerrard’s return could involve a role for Micky Beale, once described as one of the best emerging coaches in the UK.
In 2018 Gerrard brought Beale from the Liverpool u-5s academy to first team coach at Ibrox.
Neil McCann and Barry Ferguson are also expected to be in contention to replace Rohl.

Mr William McSwastika
( Name of village withheld but it does fly Union Jacks and Saltires from lamp posts)
When he had to scrape through at the start with the refs help the knuckle draggers knew he wasn’t the man as we all did , they never drew attention to the fact , but it is a fact
Toodle pip danny as you toddle of to greener pastures !!! chortle
Leipzig and Salzburg are 2 different teams mate. One are German then other Austrian.
The daily Record and Scottish Sun ( yes , I know ) are framing this tale as if Herr Rohl is some sort of coaching guru genius and that’s why the German club are super keen to have him as their next superstar boss . All supported by Jürgen Klopp too . Why in the name of the small gentleman would any top German club possibly be in favour of bringing in a guy who has nothing but abject failure on his CV as their next top head coach ? Me neither ….
They’ll just stroll in and take McInnes like they did with Tefal Head
and the diets like that weirdo pop DJ will still continue arse licking them
Volp @ 8.00am…
Strange village that has both freedom and independence flags alongside the tyrannial Butchers Apron on it’s lampposts !
Clach have you not driven through them in your travels in Scotland?
There are quite a few such places in Scotland and an independent Scotland is the last thing they want.
It’s the Singer, not the song
In the beginning a German messiah came to Ally fears of another barren season, wearing a crown of thorns and looking radiant, he then led his sheep to pasture and won flock all! Thy brethren sat third at the table and the Samaritans were called upon to heal their tribulations.
Ann Summers now upon us with Danny Rohl getting up clothes and personal again with the squad, still at the hem trying to fashion a team. Some think there isn’t much dress sense in him stitching around, if the wanting away Maria’s cups didn’t runneth over last season, but whit’s fur ye w’ll no go by ye.
I’m a frayed the off the cuff remark about not having enough leaders proved correct, but you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. He got darn close, then was ripped apart and torn to shreds at the end, he didn’t have enough material to work with. Cavenagh seams to have faith in the shopworn dummy even though the Jezebel wants to don his glad rags and leave.
It’s robed Danny of salvation and put the cape fear into the mad hatters who’ve already got the needle with the manager’s inability to Lace together enough wins to make the cut. The ragamuffins need to button up and zip it, he wool be there satin the chair until another is lining up, but I gusset won’t happen, the rumours of him going sound fake a patch of lies.
It’s a stitch-up by the board of natural fibbers to appoint a pattern of sinners in thread of winners. It seams the tailor-made man is the correct fit at Sevco, the media can spin another synthetic old yarn, he won’t be weaving, it’s a thimble of lies. Pull the other one, it’s got ribbons on it!
There’s a sewing doubt he’s knitting off to RB Leipzig, where is the bodice of evidence? It’s a bit of a stretch to say he’ll pleat it to a big club after failling here, Danny will he crocheting here for a textile longer even though the huns want him Matthew, Mark, Luke, and gone. That’s Saul Folks!
Volp at 11.45pm…
Aye seen them in Falkirk once and two in Helensburgh as well…
The street round the corner from me has the saltire flag of freedom on every second lamppost at the minute…
HOPEFULLY THEY STAY THERE !
The Butchers Apron in Scotland makes me feel so fu**in sick…
Keep it where it belongs – In England !
