The losing the numerical advantage in midfield is one of the reasons I shudder when soneone says we should play 442 , to get both Høgh and Duran into the team. In principle it could work HOWEVER we definitely dont have the midfield 2 that could dominate especially against a 3 man midfield. Likewise apart from Yang and maybe Forrest, we dont have wide players who can do the “dirty stuff” off the ball when we are defending. Maybe Haissan could but he is an unknown quantity at present… we don’t know what we are going to get with him.
