Brain Wilson is a 24/7 politician. Nothing that he says is to be believed.
When he talks about a busy few weeks of transfer activity it means further weakening the Celtic first team squad.
If he discusses meeting four lads for a chat in Glasgow city centre he must have stumbled into an event for Former Pupils of St Aloysius.
The only passions that Wilson has are for self preservation and a weekly attack on the Scottish Government for the Edinburgh based rag known as The Scotsman.
For almost nine months Wilson has been treating Celtic fans with contempt in his role as Interim Chairman.
Supporter Engagement and Communications are the big issues for Wilson.
Once a month he sits with Gerry McCulloch to show false enthusiasm in club issues as Celtic continues their slide towards European obscurity.
DEFLECTION EXPERT WILSON STRIKES JUST LIKE A LABOUR POLITICIAN
It looks like McCulloch scripted the thoughts of Chairman Wilson in the deflection exercise attached to the 2026 Celtic Annual Report.
Apparently everyone is working really hard, is completely dedicated and if it wasn’t for Brendan Rodgers all would be hunky dory!
The brilliantly run club, admired across the world for producing profits was the victim of a sting by a manager with 8 months left on his 36 month contract.
Who would have thought it?
Years of brilliant decision making undone by the guy that was given Shin Yamada to replace Kyogo Furuhashi, Adam Idah and Nicolas Kuhn.
Other than deliver 11 domestic trophies out of 13 and take Celtic into the Round of 16 Champions League what did Rodgers ever do for Celtic?
In a statement, interim chairman Brian Wilson also blamed Brendan Rodgers’ bombshell exit last October for initiating a period of instability for the club.

Apparently Wilson was completely taken by surprise when Rodgers resigned on October 27.
Perhaps if he had been awake and not doodling at Board Meetings he could have asked the CEO what was happening with the contract of the manager.
Dermot Desmond and Mute Mike had been discussing a contract with Rodgers since December 2024, the halfway point in his three year deal.
Pay attention Willo.
As a Non Executive Director was he asking questions to ensure best practice? Applying checks and balances? Or was Willo sleeping on the job just like his good friend Lord Pissy Pants Faulkes of Gorgie?

Not only did Rodgers shock the Celtic board but they were then forced into the mid-season appointment of Wilfried Nancy!
Apparently the brilliant Frenchman would have been a rip-roaring success had he been appointed in pre-season.
And why was Nancy appointed at the start of December?
Because he was the outstanding candidate for the job according to Nicholson! The CEO that watched Martin O’Neill win seven out of seven domestic matches switched horse to appoint the former Columbus Crew Head Coach.
Nancy lost his first four matches, with a record of six defeats in eight games he was sacked and paid off alongside Dr Football Paul Tisdale.
Season 25/26 at Celtic will go down as the template of how to get every big decision continuously wrong.
Not according to interim Chairman Wilson.
All is well with £66m in the bank and a fine squad of players three weeks away from humiliating the memory of the Lisbon Lions when they whimper out to face Benfica.
