As good a motivator as he is, Lennon is starting to prove he is unable to have the temperament to manage a club our size.

We should be looking for a replacement for next season.

Neil’s inability to put the club first cost us the first trophy of the season last week against what is probably the worst rangers team in over 50 years. Sorry Neil, you areno good to anyone in the stands. Managing Celtic isn’t all about you. You are not bigger than the club.

  • Joe McHugh says:

The first quality required in a Celtic manager is to win games.

Bringing in good players and playing attractive football are good bonuses.

Neil Lennon has achieved both, hopefully the SPL can be won this season, we’re in better shape to do that than we have been in the last two seasons.

Even the most dignified managers have their moments of madness. Neil does need to become more disciplined but a good loser (Tony Mowbray) is a loser.

No-one knows the pressures that Lennon is under, he can help himself but there’s no-one better placed to be in charge than the current manager.

I see They’ve just intercepted another bomb threat (I refuse to us the word ‘hoax’) sent to Lenny. That’ll be the third death threat in the last couple of months.
Add to that the security alarm and a few worrying emergency evacuations of his young family from their own home, and it looks like your not the only one that wants to see Lenny gone Joe@4:23pm!

    I wonder why?
