Jose Mourinho's blistering assault on Barcelona and UEFA

|

Champions League Celtic newsBitter Jose Mourinho has launched an astonishing attack on Barcelona after losing 2-0 to Pep Guardiola’s side in the Bernabeau last night.

The Real Madrid boss was ordered from the dug out early in the second half where he watched a double from Lionel Messi virtually dump his side out of the competition.

Real visit Barcelona on Tuesday for the return leg but it’s unlikely that Mourinho will be allowed anywhere near the Nou Camp after his scathing attack on Barca.

“I won two European titles and I won them on the pitch,” Mourinho claimed, deflecting attention away from his side’s defeat.

“I would have been embarrassed to win that title (in 2009) because it was won with the scandal of Stamford Bridge and this one will be won with the scandal of the Bernabeu. “I hope one day Josep Guardiola wins a Champions League title as it should be – perfect, spotless, without any scandal.

“I don’t know if it’s to give publicity to Unicef or their power at UEFA. I don’t know if people just like them. I don’t know and I don’t understand. Where does all this power come from? No-one else has a chance really. Why don’t they let other teams play against them? “If Barcelona are honest, they know this is happening.”

Sarcastically he added: “Congratulations because they are a fantastic football team but congratulations for everything else they have. It has to be very difficult to achieve this kind of power. The others have no chance.

“If I say what I think my career ends today. I can’t say what I feel. I only leave one question. Why?”

Mourinho has compiled a list of officials that he believes have assisted Barca in recent years stretching back to his own clash with Anders Frisk in the Nou Camp which forced the Swede into retirement.

The tainted Special One added: “Sometimes I feel disgusted living in this world and earning my living in this world. The result is practically impossible to revert. If we score in Barcelona they will kill us again. It’s mission impossible.”

Retribution for all Celtic fans. The Porto performance in 2003 uefa cup final was disgraceful, throwing themselves around, faking injury and getting our players sent off.

Get it right up you Jose!!!!!

Never mind the scandal of the Camp Nou last year then Jose. Didn’t Barca have a perfectly good late winning goal chalked off for nothing against Mourinho’s Inter?

    And yeah… Seville.

Nice selective memory there Jose. If you’re so embarrassed to earn a living in this football world, please leave it.

GIRUY Mourinio you complete tosspot. How he can ever complain about another team being cheats is beyond me. That was his actual tactics against us in 2003 when he managed Porto

Liked WGS’s wee dig – “if that (half time incident) had happened in Glasgow they’d all have been in prison and the next 3 matches would be with no crowd….”

What a horrible way to make a living. Having to live in, and manage Real Madrid for 10 million a year?
