Celtic have today confirmed their new look away top for the 2011/12 with the kit being used for the first time away to Aberdeen on August 7.
The silver and white top, with green piping and green sleeves has been widely leaked on the internet and certainly provides a new look- although from a distance it could look like a Hibs top in reverse.
The Tennents logo is in white with a black outline with the strip also available sponsor-less in adult sizes as well as being sponsor free on all children’s sizes.
Last season’s lime green ‘Spirit of Love Street’ top was well received by the Celtic support with the distinctive 2011/2012 top also certain of a warm welcome.
The silver and white ‘barrell’ to the top ticks most boxes being noticeably different from other recent kits and comprising mainly of green and white.
