Landskrona BoIS eased their relegation worries with a 3-0 win over Hammerby.
After three straight defeats the pressure was on Henrik Larsson’s side with a bigger than usual crowd of 3.768 turned up to see a double from Patrik Astrom and a goal from Bradley Raleni give the home side full points.
LBoIS remain in one of the relegation play-off spots in the Second Division but with over a third of the season remaining just nine points seperate LboIS from fourth placed GIF Sundsvall.
“We have played well in other matches, including against Hammarby in the spring, but did not get the results we deserved,” Larsson told the club website.
“The players had a fantastic match. Thats’s the standards that we’ve got to maintain in our future games.”
LBoIS next match is away to GIF Sundsvall on Monday.
