Artur Boruc is at the centre of transfer speculation with Juventus and Inter Milan reportedly interested in the former Celt.
The popular Pole is out of contract at the end of the season with no sign yet of agreeing a new deal with Fiorentina.
Boruc left Celtic in the summer of 2010 for £1.5m but is currently valued at £5m by the Florence side.
After arriving as understudy to Sebastian Frey Boruc, who will be 32 next month, took advantage of an injury to the Frenchman and has played in all 17 Serie A matches this season conceding just 15 goals with Frey transferred on to Genoa during the summer.
West Ham, Everton and Spurs have been linked with Boruc in the past but if he quits Fiorentina it’s likely that he’ll want to remain in Italy.
Despite his impressive form an international comeback has been virtually ruled out for the player who was one of the best keepers at the 2006 World Cup Finals in Germany.
National boss Franco Smudu has been a regular critic of Boruc’s lifestyle preferring to go with Arsenal’s Wojciech Szczesny.

I miss the big man, although I have never wanted someone to do so well after leaving Celtic than Artur, Aiden a close second.
I am sure he has a few stories to tell the boys over there haha…….I just hope the authorities treatment of him doesn’t make us sound like a bigoted backwater…..
