Check out our live Euro 2012 blog below for the semi-final between Portugal and Spain this evening at the Donbass Arena in Donetsk, hosted by ourselves and our friends at FootballFanCast.com.

Portugal have been very impressive to make it this far, beating Denmark, The Netherlands and the Czech Republic to progress, largely thanks to the work of former Manchester United and now Real Madrid talisman Cristiano Ronaldo.

European and World Champions Spain remain unbeaten in the tournament and having easily disposed of France in the quarter-finals, David Silva and co. will be looking to progress to their third consecutive tournament final.

Catch all the action here and get involved in our Portugal v Spain LIVE BLOG below…

Whoever thought up the idea of keeping Ronaldo back for the 5th penalty needs their head looked at….utter stupidity. Portugal clearly have a problem scoring goals as indeed with Spain noticeable that they both sent up the central defenders while more technical players shied clear.

Right team got through in the end but Spain looks more dangerous with Navas and / or Pedro on the park…poor decision to start Negredo but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
