Kenny Shiels has accused Andrew Dallas of being manipulative and dangerous.
The Killie boss has fallen foul of officials on numerous occasions this season and was hit with a four match touchline ban in midweek following comments made about Euan Norris.
Dallas is the son of disgraced former referee Hugh and has been fast tracked through the ranks by the all powerful Lanarkshire Referee’s Association which has also produced Willie Collum, Norris and others.
Shiels had to face an SFA panel on a misconduct charge after being sent to the stand by Steve O’Reilly during last month’s 2-1 home defeat from St Johnstone.
Fourth official Dallas was at the centre of that incident with Shiels firing on all cylinders after being found not guilty by the SFA.
The Kilmarnock boss recorded the entire incident with the SFA left in no doubt about the honesty and integrity of Dallas.
“Things were fabricated against me,” Shiels explained. “Things said by the fourth official were untrue and I had visual evidence on camera.
“I am disappointed he used the situation to justify me being sent off to get me into trouble.
“Someone has tried to impinge on my character big style. I am disappointed with him trying to get me in a manipulative and devious way.
“I was totally exonerated yet I had to sit in the stand for a whole game. I brought in evidence to disprove the fourth official, who fabricated stuff to try and incriminate me.
“The fabrication was outrageous at least four different things that were said about me but he wasn’t aware I had evidence on my laptop.”
This incident has similarities to the infamous Dougie Dougie incident at Tannadice when Dougie McDonald lied to Neil Lennon about a penalty incident in a Dundee United v Celtic match.
Linesman Steven Craven was made out to be the fall guy with Hugh Dallas happy to put the story out. Once Craven had been demoted following the match he decided to quit refereeing and revealed what had gone on at Tannadice and the culture of bullying and intimidation within refereeing circles.
McDonald resigned as a referee shortly afterwards with Dallas sacked for another incident.
While the SFA pursue Shiels at every turn it appears that Charles Green has been granted immunity with no sign of the SFA asking the Ibrox chief to explain his attack on Dundee United after being drawn away to the SPL side in the Scottish Cup.

Following in his da’s footsteps right enough. Surely it’s against European employment legislation that referees in EU countries cannot apply for jobs in other EU countries. Scottish refs have proved now beyond doubt that they are conflicted and corrupt. I can see another ref strike coming after the latest Dallas escapade.
Should we really be surprised at young Dallas, he’s just been caught early on in his career as a tainted Scottish Referee.
I hope all personnel of Celtic Video record all dealings with the SFA/SPL and any of their tainted referees.
I predict no action against Chuckie Green for fear of reprisals.
I don’t understand why whistlers are not allowed to admit a mistake. They certainly make them! Everyone does. Putting your hands up, saves a great deal of problems in the long run, Weasels who try to cover up, lie, or pass the buck, are more trouble in the long run.
Refs would have more credibility when sticking to their guns, if they were equally so quick to admit a mistake. The majority of fans are human too, and this simple act can defuse situations. Honesty is the key! I admit that is not a quality much admired within the faultless, blameless, corridors of the SFA. Their preference is more for secrecy and censorship!
The refereeing standards in Scotland will only be rectified when they (SFA) are replaced. The whole structure needs reform, starting at the top. Despite calls of no confidence and their obvious corruption they remain entrenched. Why are they so hard to oust? It’s what the fans want!
The reason they will never admit to mistakes is simple. When Dallas was in charge, he had his favourites. Any and all mistakes were covered up. Reports altered, lies told to protect his pals.
This then enabled his chosen ones a false level of competency. They then received FIFA and UEFA grading which in turn leads to the Champions League and International games. With the big time, comes the big money and the “fame”. There is a lot of money being paid to top referees.
And for at least 50 years…
They said we were paranoid…
We watched corrupt refs; linesmen and SFA officials make decisions in favour of the Govan Club…and also cover up their obvious shortcomings…by lies and deceit.
It’s terrific that people are now standing up to the Brotherhood…and exposing them for what they are.
What next in this incident ‘though..?

These Poison bastards will always be in the society in which we all have to live ,but the enjoyment for me is tha fact that they do not have anything like the influence they once enjoyed in this horribly bigoted country called scotland.The advent of modern technologies have ensured that this generation of celtic supporters will not suffer the blatant anti celtic behaviour of the Wee boys club umbrella where they all take refuge with each other.

Scottish refereeing isn’t up to scratch, the same as the national team is hopeless. Grassroots in both I say, here’s hoping this dutch fella is as good as people say he is. We’ve had a fair few terrible decisions going against us, but also in our favour so let’s just hope the hoops can keep winning, and stop this usual referee bashing bullshit. If we keep performing on the park, then no problem I sayy. Hail Hail.

Arrogance in excess, and bias towards us because we turned him down when he applied to become our GM, the bigot made it abundantly clear and never once tried to hide his vengeful hatred, until asked about, then he lied. He even managed to ruin the career of an excellent refereeing prospect when he exposed the “dougie, dougie” lies. Steven Craven was made the scapegoat because he threatened to expose their inner ring of corruption. Kick this little mini-me out now.
