Aberdeen fans are planning a moving celebration of Rangers (IL) on Sunday.
The first ever visit of Sevco to Pittodrie has caught the imagination of Dons’ fans eager to celebrate a landmark occasion.
In the 12th minute of the match the home fans will leap into action cheering and clapping in memory of the year that Rangers were placed in liquidation for refusing to pay the bill for trophies racked up over a 20 year plus period.
After Celtic no club suffered more than Aberdeen from the cheating of Rangers (IL) as they refused to register the earnings of players with the football authorities while also denying HER MAJESTYS Revenue and Customs her cut on the money fed to players, coaches, directors and officials.

Dons fans were denied the chance to celebrate Rangers going into administration with the last meeting with the old club coming on 21 January 2012 just three weeks before Craig Whyte put the club into administration.
Aberdeen finished in the bottom six at the time of the 2011/12 split but may have made it into the top half of the table if they had decided to ditch payments to HMRC to bring better players than they could otherwise afford.
A number of activities are scheduled for Sunday’s match which will be shown live on Sky Sports with the home fans turning the weekend into a gala occasion.
Aberdeen’s official website has got into the spirit of the occasion recognising that they have never previously played the club founded by Charles Green in the summer of 2012.
On the pitch Aberdeen and Sevco are both level on nine points from six matches trailing Celtic by four points with the hoops having the chance to go seven points clear when they play Kilmarnock on Saturday.
