It went largely un-noticed but as honest mistakes go there was a complete whopper at Ibrox on Saturday.
Midway through the first half Sevco pinged a few passes around across the back then down the left.
Switching the ball to the right someone overhit the ball by some distance forcing his team-mate off the park in a bid to retrieve the ball. He failed.
Instinctively Emilio Izaguirre hooked the ball forward to Scott Sinclair as Celtic looked to break quickly only to find the linesman flagging for a throw in- to Sevco.

No Celtic player had been anywhere near the ball. If the linesman had been following play he’d have noted a few passes strung together by the home team before overhitting the ball.
Izaguirre has seen a lot in his seven seasons at Celtic but nothing prepared him for this moment, the level of shock seemed to prevent him from taking his protest too far.
Fortunately justice was done with Celtic picking up the win to go 19 ponts clear of Sevco with a game n hand.
