Sevco’s toxic reputation plunged even further today as one fan was caught by Sky Sports making a monkey gesture at Scott Sinclair.
Thousands made racist noises as the Celtic player prepared to take a seventh minute penalty with one fan in a white t-shirt captured on camera gesturing after Sinclair had opened the scoring.
Social media quickly picked up on the incident with the fan being shown across the UK and beyond making the vile gestures.

Absolutely no place for this in life, never mind football. It’s just a minority, but still no less deplorable. https://t.co/6gEXQZdKGr

Singing hate songs about Catholics is a weekly occurrence among Sevco fans but racist abuse is less frequent.
Neither club or the SPFL have commented on the incident during the match which also saw one home fan enter the pitch to confront Scott Brown.
The victory extended Celtic’s lead at the top of the SPFL table to 36 points with Sevco six points ahead of St Johnstone in the exciting race for third place.
