Scott Sinclair, Mikael Lustig, Stuart Armstrong, Kieran Tierney and Jozo Simunovic have been rested for tonight’s clash with Partick Thistle at Firhill.
Tierney and Sinclair make it onto the bench but the other three have been given a night off with Christian Gamboa, Erik Sviatchenko, Scott Brown and James Forrest coming into the team.
With two league matches still to play the hoops are on the brink of history by completing the campaign unbeaten.
Starting out in August, away to Hearts, the hoops came out on top thanks to a late winner from Scott Sinclair before returning to Edinburgh in April to officially clinch the title.
In the last meeting between the two clubs, the first after Celtic had clinched the title, Thistle earned a 1-1 draw at Celtic Park.
After dropping points to Thistle and Ross County Celtic have bounced back to winning form with two victories over Sevco followed up by convincing wins over St Johnstone and Aberdeen.
