Dave King has booked himself in for next month’s North American Rangers Supporters Association knees-up in Las Vegas.
The absentee chairman has attended one match this season but will jet in from South Africa for the glitzy event at the Planet Hollywood Hotel.
On a recent three day visit to Ibrox King made it clear how much he disliked travelling to Glasgow which was confirmed by his non-appearance at the back-to-back Glasgow derby defeats.
The Executive Board of NARSA and @OCRSC Organizing Committee are pleased to confirm the following @RangersFC representatives at #NARSA2017:

Dave King, Chairman of the Board
Paul Murray, Vice Chairman of the Board
Stewart Robertson, Managing Director— NARSA (@OfficialNARSA) May 2, 2017
Whether King is still involved with the company at the time of the convention remains to be seen with a raft of legal problems piling up.
Chief amongst them is his decision to ignore the ruling of the Takeover Appeal Board which has been referred to the Court of Session to enforce.
King faces the Cold Shoulder for that decision which will devastate the credibility of any company he is associated with.
Other issues involving Sports Direct are relatively trivial in comparison to the TAB ruling.
