Noel Gallagher didn’t need a second invite to show off his Celtic credentials.
When hoops fan Jonathan Murtagh bumped into the singer at his London concert the Manchester City fan quickly burst into a few lines of the Celtic Song.
Murtagh was quick off the mark to upload the video onto his twitter account with thousands of fans viewing and sharing the video.

Gallagher has never hidden his support for the hoops and has been to numerous matches down the years.
Although he’s not as public as Rod Stewart his backing for Celtic emphasises the global appeal of Celtic despite playing in a relative football backwater.
With Scottish clubs going out in the first round Europa League qualifiers to clubs from Lithuania and Luxembourg Celtic will again be expected to carry the flag for Scotland in UEFA competitions.
Gallagher is unlikely to pay a visit to Friday’s match against Linfield but if the draw brings Celtic and City together again it’ll be a night of mixed emotions for the world renowned musician.
