Brendan Rodgers has praised the Green Brigade highlighting their enthusiasm and passion for backing the team.
After a three match absence the fans group were back in place for the Champions League Play Off against Astana.
No one could complain about their pre-match tifo display which drew praise from Conor McGregor as he prepared for his $100m bout with Floyd Mayweather Jnr.
Part of a £10,000 fine that Celtic picked up from UEFA for infringements was down to a banner display against Linfield which led to the club imposing a two match suspension.

The relationship between the Green Brigade has been strained down the years with the fans group staying away from the League Cup tie with Kilmarnock.
Rodgers spoke out against that display but was full of praise for the display against Astana and the 90 minutes of backing given to the team.
At the end of the match Rodgers joined the players as they saluted fans in all parts of the ground.
