Pedro Caixinha’s revolution is over after Sevco crashed 3-2 to Hibs at Ibrox today.

After the midweek euphoria of hammering Dunfermline a 6-0 defeat in midweek last season’s Championship winners proved way too strong for the 2016 version.

Two games into the new season Sevco have LESS points than they had last season as Mark Warburton set off on a campaign that led to the tribute act finishing 39 points behind Celtic.

With Neil Lennon in the opposite dug-out the fifth best coach in Qatar had his managerial limitations cruelly exposed as the Hibs fans taunted the home supporters.

All seemed well with the world when Columbian goal machine Andy Morelos opened the scoring in the third minute to scenes not witnessed since Firhill at the end of last season.

Hibs brushed themselves down and equalised in the 21st minute through Simon Murray with hothead Ryan Jack red carded in the 35th minute.

Three minutes later James Tavernier got on the score-sheet through a comical own goal with Lithuanian ace Vykintas Slivka putting Hibs further ahead the 67th minute.

Tavernier pulled a goal back in the 80th minute but despite three minutes of stoppage time it was the visitors that took full points.

Hibs join Celtic, Aberdeen and St Johnstone at the top of the table with Sevco behind Hamilton Accies in sixth place.

Neil McCann’s Dundee and Lee McCulloch’s Kimarnock are both pointless after two matches.
