After months of preparations the Supreme Court verdict on the big tax case and the SPFL cop out have provided the final impetus for justice to be done.
Rangers Tax Case has been one of the driving forces behind the bid and issued a tweet this morning that will delight almost every football fans.
You only fail if you don’t try, nothing to lose and the thought of seeing regan Doncaster and a few others being questioned under oath??????

Over the last fortnight Neil Doncaster has increasingly been the target of criticism as he attempts to justify a different set of rules for clubs from Ibrox.
Even in the cosiest of interviews with STV and BBC Scotland the man that led Norwich to League One in 2009 has seemed uncomfortable.
The launch of a Judicial Review will send panic through the Scottish game as the actions of 2011 and 2012 are exposed alongside the cover-up.
There will be few survivors but it seems that there is no one within the administration of the game prepared to face reality and prepare for wholesale change at every level.
