“In the first half, I thought we matched them,” Dorrans told The Sun. “The positive is that we were in the game.
“They have good players, we knew it was going to be tough but I thought we matched them.
“We were comfortable, despite not having as much of the ball as we would have liked.
“They had a lot of possession without hurting us too much. They had a few chances. We knew it was important to stay in the game and we did that.
“It’s a little bit disappointing that they scored quite early in the second half, which knocked us a little bit.
“I don’t actually think it was a corner in the first place but it was disappointing. It’s a sloppy goal to lose and even the second is sloppy on our part — from the goal kick we lose the header.”
On Friday Sevco visit Hamilton and kick the match off in fifth place.
