Sevco are back in court on Wednesday defending an action brought by Singapore based firm Orlit Enterprises.

The action dates back to 2012 when Orlit provided the new club with services through Charles Green.

The Yorkshire based businessman is a former business partner of Orlit owner Chan Fook Meng.

In 2013 Orlit had a claim against the club rejected but will be back on Wednesday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to continue the claim.

It’s believed that there are disputed invoices valued at £400,000 involved in the dispute which could be subject to interest going back four years.

Having failed to find the £1m compensation needed to discuss their managerial vacancy with Derek McInnes there must be serious concerns over where the club can raise an additional £400,000 from.

In their most recently issued accounts Dave King’s New Oasis Asset Limited company have been left to provide soft loans with the three bears no longer willing to provide loans.
