Griffiths seems to be suffering a bit from taking the hoops through the Champions League qualifiers and carrying the goal burden of Scotland’s World Cup campaign.
He has only scored twice in the last two months but they were both classy finishes- at home to Kilmarnock and away to Ross County.
Griffiths could well outlast his two current strike rivals but right now he’ll want to get ahead of them in Brendan Rodgers’ plans.
