Despite winning today’s derby at Ibrox Celtic’s fans were in no mood to forgive or forget Willie Collum and his assistant Douglas Ross.

The Lanarkshire based referee had a dreadful game, especially in the second half as the home side pushed for an equaliser.

The tone had been set in the second minute, James Forrest had his jersey pulled twice but rather than award Celtic a free kick out wide Collum waved play on, it seems that there was an amnesty on jersey pulling.

After a slip by Dedryck Boyata Sevco opened the scoring.

Some brutal challenges went unpunished, Declan John scythed down Forrest and got a stern talking too. Minutes later Tom Rogic had to leap for safety as the same player lunged in with a two footed challenge.

Sevco sub Fabio Cardosa pulled at the shirt of Jozo Simunovic throughout a corner, Collum missed it.

Fifteen minutes into the second half Simunovic was sent off with assistant Ross, a Tory MP in his day job, waving like an excited child at Balmoral and squealing to get the defender sent off.

From then on it was relentless, every 50-50 challenge was a free kick to the home side as they pushed for a third goal.

Already on a booking Sean Goss kicked Olivier Ntcham on the knee cap in front of Collum, without a hysterical assistant the on loan QPR playmaker escaped further punishment

As Olivier Ntcham raced away from Josh Windass the former Accrington starlet grabbed the Celt’s jersey and fell to the ground. Free kick Sevco.

In stoppage time Ntcham got booked, only in Scotland where Collum is one of the top referees.
