Scott Bain has made it clear that he sees his future as a Celtic player.
The on-loan keeper was drafted in at the 11th hour to face Sevco at Ibrox and emerged as one of the heroes of Celtic’s 3-2 win.
Bain followed that up with a clean sheet at Motherwell as Celtic moved closer to clinching a seventh successive title.
With his loan deal ending in May the keeper will be a free agent with Hearts and Hibs both credited with an interest in the player who is still registered with Dundee.

????? SB: “It’s been such a strange season for me being out of games for a long time and not expecting to play. I would like it to be here as this club has got everything for me to improve.”

????? SB: “I’d love to stay here and if I continue to play well then it stands me in good stead. Rather to get it done sooner than later but it’s not a priority right now, it’s just a priority to play well and do well for this club.”

>Moving to Celtic would likely see the 26-year-old start next season as second choice but the lure of being involved in big matches seems more important than being a regular at a club that rarely battles for honours.
Craig Gordon is expected to return to the Celtic side that faces Dundee in midweek leaving Brendan Rodgers with a big decision to make away to Hamilton on April 8 a week ahead of the Scottish Cup semi-final against Sevco at Hampden.
