The striker made a brief substitute appearance in the 5-0 title clincher against Sevco but missed the win at Tynecastle due to illness.
With Odsonne Edouard appearing to pick up a hamstring injury against Hearts a fully fit Griffiths is essential for Celtic’s Scottish Cup Final plans.

Rodgers will have a dilemma for Wednesday’s match against over whether he plays Dembele.
The Frenchman returned to action against Hearts following a two match absence after picking up a slight hamstring strain in the 4-0 Scottish Cup semi-final win over Sevco at Hampden.
With Edouard a major concern Dembele was substituted against Hearts with James Forrest moving inside to take up the striking role.
That option could be tried against Kilmarnock with Rodgers aware that with less than a fortnight to go before the Scottish Cup Final Dembele is his only fit striker.
